Wild Garlic Campanelle

Cornish wild garlic campanelle pasta with foraged nettles, garlic, mushrooms, sated butter and local Yarg cheese. It was delicious and what a spot we found to eat!


Nettles work much like spinach, they’re tasty and really good for you. To prepare them use rubber gloves to pick, wash them in cold water, remove the stalks and blanch them for a minute in boiling water to remove the sting.


I was determined to cook outside at least once on our trip to Cornwall and today we found a beautiful spot by Restronguet Creek.
